Kathryn Arbic
Kathryn is originally from Ontario and spent over a decade living in beautiful British Columbia. In 2023, she completed the massage therapy program from Kootenay Columbia College in Nelson, BC, beginning a meaningful second career rooted in her long-standing interest in health, movement, and the mind–body connection.
Kathryn has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph and is a Registered Massage Therapist with Active Release Technique® Level 1 Full Body and Nerve certification. She is known for her thoughtful, intuitive approach and her genuine curiosity about how each individual body presents on a given day. Her treatments are responsive and collaborative, shaped by what your body needs in the moment.
As she returns to Ontario, Kathryn is excited to be joining a new practice and bringing her skills as an RMT into a new community. She looks forward to building meaningful therapeutic relationships and creating a treatment space where people feel comfortable, supported, and more connected to their bodies.
Kathryn has also started a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, with the intention of deepening her understanding of the mind–body connection and eventually integrating somatic and body-based therapies into her work.
Outside the clinic, you’ll most likely find Kathryn snowboarding, cross-country skiing, hiking, spending time with her dog, Groot, or doing anything else that gets her into nature.
